Returns and Exchange
We stand behind every product we make. If something isn’t right, we want to make it right. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.
7-Day Return Window
All return requests must be initiated within 7 calendar days of your confirmed delivery date. Requests submitted after this window cannot be accepted.
What Can Be Returned
Kansa tools (wands, gua sha, comb) - unused and in original packaging
Copper & wellness accessories — unused and in original packaging
Gift sets - only if all components remain sealed and unused
What Cannot Be Returned
Opened or used skincare products (oils, creams, cleansers) - for hygiene reasons
Items purchased on sale or during promotional events
Gift cards
Any item not in its original, unaltered condition
Note: Natural variation in colour, scent, or consistency between product batches is not a defect and does not qualify for a return.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives defective, damaged in transit, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at care@kansaorganics.com with your order number and at least 3 clear photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
How to Return
1. Email care@kansaorganics.com with your order number and reason for return
2. Wait for your Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number — we respond within 2 business days
3. Pack items securely, write your RMA number on the outside, and ship using a trackable method
4. Email your tracking number to us within 24 hours of shipping
5. Once received and inspected, your refund or store credit will be processed within 3–5 business days
Returns sent without an RMA number will be refused and returned at the sender’s cost.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days
Original shipping charges are non-refundable
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect
Store credit is available as an alternative and is issued immediately upon approval
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placement if not yet dispatched. Email care@kansaorganics.com immediately with subject line ORDER CANCELLATION and your order number.
