All prices are in USD and may change without notice
Product images are representative; natural variations in colour, texture, and scent between batches are normal and not defects
Kansa metal develops a natural patina over time — this is a characteristic of the alloy, not a flaw
We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue products at any time
Taxes and shipping are calculated at checkout

4. Orders & Payment
Placing an order is an offer to purchase. Your order is confirmed only upon receipt of an Order Confirmation email. We reserve the right to cancel orders due to stock issues, pricing errors, or suspected fraud. Payment is processed securely via Shopify Payments. We do not store card details.

5. Shipping, Returns & Refunds
Our Shipping Policy and Return & Refund Policy are incorporated into these Terms by reference. By placing an order you agree to those policies in full.
