Your happiness is important to us! Therefore, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

Processing Days:

  • After the payment is made, please allow 2-4 business days for us to process your order due to volume of orders we're getting every day.

U.S. Shipping Options:

  • Standard Shipping: Delivery is typically in 2-5 days.
  • Priority Mail: Delivery by the end of the second business day after an order has shipped. For example, if an order is shipped out on Monday, it will arrive on Wednesday. If the order is placed on Monday night and ships out on Tuesday, it will arrive on Thursday.
  • Overnight Shipping: The Next-Day Delivery. Delivery by next business day after an order has shipped. An order that ships out on Thursday with Next-Day Delivery would be delivered on Friday. An order shipping out on Friday with Next-Day Delivery would arrive on Monday.

International Shipping:

Flat rate Shipping fee to Spain, Italy, France, Germany (other EU countries):

  • USPS first class international: $15 for 7-21 business day delivery
  • DHL: $30 for 2-5 business day delivery
  • UPS: Recommended Shipping $40 for 3-7 business day delivery
  • UPS: Fastest Shipping $50 for 2-5 business day delivery

Refund and Returns:

If you are not 100% satisfied, please feel free to e-mail us at to make a return or exchange.

We will evaluate your concern. When approved, we will notify you. However, refund will be disapproved if:

  • Used product. Due to the current COVID19 pandemic, we refuse to accept returns of used tools and oils for hygiene and safety measures.
  • Strict 30-day return policy. Our 30-day return policy should be strictly followed. The counting of the days shall start from the day your package was delivered. A request for returns beyond 30 days shall not be approved.
  • Your concern is delayed-shipment. If we have shipped your order on time, the courier is responsible for the shipment delay and thus not allowed for order cancellation and refund.
  • Shipment delay due to holidays. Please allow extra 2-5 business days.

All returns/exchanges are subject to the following conditions:

  • Must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.
  • Product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
  • Once used, Copper tongue cleaners will not be returned.
  • Please allow up to 10 business days for an exchange or refund to be processed. Once finalized, an e-mail will be sent notifying you of the status of your refund.
  • We do not refund initial shipping & handling charges for items returned.
  • For any return or exchange, you are responsible for all shipping & handling costs. If the package does not reach us, we will be unable to complete the refund/exchange.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Some health and personal care items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at and send your item to:

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
