How to Lymph Drain
What is Lymphatic System and how to lymph drain using the Kansa Wand?
Unlike our blood circulation with the heart to pump the blood to continuously move the flow & maintain the process, the lymphatic system can be sluggish as it can only be stimulated and supported with proper healthcare, and a balanced & mindful lifestyle.
Lack of sleep, stress & dehydration, emotional trauma, infections & lack of movement (lethargy) can stagnate the lymph flow & can play detrimental to our overall health, as both circulatory and lymphatic systems are home to many components of the host immune defenses.
Even poor diet and exposure to environmental toxins can overload our lymphatic system.
No wonder why Ayurveda teaches us the significance of establishing a regular lymph drain massage as part of our daily holistic self-care ritual.
