Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation (Monday–Friday, excluding US federal holidays). Orders placed after 12 PM EST may be processed the following business day.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order leaves our facility.

International Shipping
Orders $250+ qualify for free standard shipping internationally.
We ship worldwide. International shipping is calculated at checkout, sign up for our newsletter to be the first to know. Duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the customer and may be charged at delivery.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear. You can track your order at www.kansaorganics.com or directly on the carrier website.
Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact us at care@kansaorganics.com within 2 hours of purchase. Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to redirect it. Kansa Organics is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrectly entered address.
Lost, Stolen or Damaged Packages
If your tracking shows delivered but the package has not arrived, please first check with neighbours and your building's mail area
If still missing after 3 business days, contact us at care@kansaorganics.com and we will open an investigation with the carrier
If your package arrives damaged, photograph the packaging and contents immediately and contact us within 48 hours
